As member of the Kali Majapahit Online Training Program, you now have the opportunity to start an official "Kali Majapahit Training Group" and be tested by Guro Fred Evrard in the Kali Majapahit system.
Many of you have requested to have this opportunity and we have now put it together. The aim is also to link members together and build a community of practitionners around the world. You will find more details about the groups and testing conditions below.
What is a Kali Majapahit Training Group?
Anyone who is a KM student via our schools, our seminars or our online training program (KMTV) can start a Kali Majapahit training group with friends and partners. A KM training group is simply a group of people who want to practice together, to repeat and explore what they have learned in seminars or with KMTV. No one from the group is an official instructor or coach until given permission by Guro Fred Evrard himself. The initiator of the group will be the official coordinator in his location and can take charge of organizing seminars and workshops for an official Kali Majapahit instructor if he/she wants to.
Having a training group can greatly benefit students by getting together on a regular basis, to practice what they have learned. All members of KM training groups will enjoy direct contact with KM instructors all over the world, via emails and Facebook. He/she is welcome to ask questions on training, philosophy, nutrition, health, etc.
How can I be officially tested in Kali Majapahit?
Through the KMTV program, you now have the opportunity to be officially recognized as Kali Majapahit student and be awarded ranks. Gradings will take place three times per year: end of April, August and December.
Students will be required to submit videos of the material learnt from KMTV for the period since they started, or since their latest grading. From there, Guro Fred Evrard and Katalungan Guro Lila Evrard will certify students in the appropriate rank. The certification will be specific to the KMTV program.
Advanced rankings (Kasama and above) can be arranged by meeting directly with Guro Fred Evrard or Katalungan Lila Evrard during a seminar or headquarters in Singapore.
What are the conditions to start a Training Group?
Anyone wanting to start a KM training group must ask permission to Guro Fred Evrard by filling up a form. Once permission is granted, the applicant will sign the "Kali Majapahit Rules and Code of Conduct". Every member of the KM training group must be a registered KMTV member to be recognized and to be eligible for ranking. The leader of the group must send a training report to KM Headquarters, 3 times a year (April, August, December).
When one of the members reach the title of Kasama (Assistant Instructor), the training group can become an official Kali Majapahit Group. If so, Guro Evrard will need to physically meet the person at some point, to make sure that this person has the moral qualities, the discipline and ethics to represent Kali Majapahit in their respective area.
