HILOT SEMINAR 2009

Filipino Healing System

2 years ago, Guro Fred conducted a complete Hilot Seminar to fully train several students in our healing system. The training started with a 1 day "introduction seminar", to teach students the basic massage routine of our Hilot system; the rest was taught in 25 intensive hours of work (3 hours each Sunday morning for 2 months), and included Advanced Hilot massage, Accupressure, Osteopathy, Nutrition, and basic Psychotherapy.

Were certified in Hilot, directly from Guro Fred: Kadua Guillaume Foucaud, Kasama Morgane Foucaud, Kasama Ben Boeglin, Veronique Delaye, Anne-Joelle Prouvoyeur and Laurent Bouffanet.

The second Hilot Training 2009 will start Sunday September 13, 2009 with a 1-day intro seminar open to all, and will continue with our 2-month-full-training from October 12, 2009. A minimum of 10 students will be required.

The Intro seminar will be focussing on the 1st Hilot Massage routine and will teach the student to take care of him/herself and his loved ones. Hilot massage is a very efficient therapy. It increases articulations mobility and flexibility, takes care of the muscular and emotional “knots”, boost up the energy of internal organs, makes the energy (Qi), blood, lymph and toxins flow inside or outside the body, and helps the healing of the emotional problems and past traumas.

- Sunday September 13, 2009 (10am - 12pm and 1-3:30pm)

2-months-Full-Training:

- Every Sunday, 1-4pm, starting October 12, 2009

1. Advanced Hilot / Tuina Massage + accupressure

2. Body Alignment (basic osteopathy)

3. Energy work (Panlohob na Lakas, Breathing, visualisation, Gi Gong...)

4. Dietetic and detoxification

5. Basic psycotherapy
